1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Cruise N Crawl (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Cruise N Crawl provides tools and features related to cruise ship pub crawls, including:

• Tracking venues and bartenders

• Recording drinks and preferences

• Creating custom pub crawls and events

• Managing user accounts and subscriptions

We may modify or discontinue features at any time without liability.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Cruise N Crawl.

By using the Service, you represent that:

• You are legally permitted to use the Service

• You can enter into a binding agreement

• All information you provide is accurate

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

• All activity occurring under your account

• Providing accurate account information

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit, including:

• Photos

• Notes

• Event information

• Crawl details

By submitting content, you grant Cruise N Crawl a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, store, and display such content solely for operating and improving the Service.

You agree not to upload content that:

• Violates laws or regulations

• Infringes intellectual property rights

• Is abusive, harmful, defamatory, or obscene

• Contains malware or harmful code

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features may require paid subscriptions.

Payments are processed by third-party providers including:

• Stripe

• RevenueCat

Cruise N Crawl does not store payment card information.

Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled through the applicable app store or payment provider.

All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service unlawfully

• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts

• Interfere with app functionality or security

• Reverse engineer or copy the Service

• Use the Service to harass or harm others

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its branding, software, graphics, and content, is owned by Cruise N Crawl and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any portion of the Service without written permission.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time for violations of these Terms or for operational reasons.

We do not guarantee:

• Error-free operation

• Compatibility with all devices

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cruise N Crawl shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages

• Loss of data

• Lost profits

• Service interruptions

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service during the previous 12 months.
